Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5 business days.
